- Design, refine, and communicate the enterprise information security strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory expectations.
- Develop multi-year security roadmaps grounded in current assessments and forward-looking risk analysis.
- Create executive-ready visualizations and narratives to translate complex cyber risk data into clear decision-making tools.
- Partner with cybersecurity, risk, compliance, and leadership teams to assess security posture and forecast future risks.
- Facilitate strategic workshops, track key performance indicators, and prepare reports for senior leadership and governance forums.
- 7 years of experience in information security strategy, cybersecurity program management, or cyber risk within a regulated enterprise environment.
- Proven experience developing multi-year security roadmaps and strategic analysis deliverables aligned with enterprise priorities.
- Strong visualization and communication skills, with experience producing executive-ready materials such as dashboards and strategy decks.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cybersecurity, risk, compliance, and business stakeholders to synthesize diverse inputs into a coherent strategy.
- Familiarity with information security frameworks and regulatory guidance relevant to financial institutions (e.g., FFIEC resources and cybersecurity guidance).
