- Review and assess change requests (RFCs) for completeness and risk.
- Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings to ensure effective decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with change management policies and procedures across projects.
- Track and report on change metrics and KPIs to monitor progress and effectiveness.
- Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, production readiness, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of ITIL and IT Service Management best practices.
- Excellent risk assessment and mitigation skills.
- Proficient in documentation and process optimization techniques.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
