- Design, refine, and communicate the enterprise information security strategy aligned with business objectives and regulatory expectations.
- Develop multi-year roadmaps and translate strategic goals into phased initiatives with clear milestones and success measures.
- Conduct strategic analyses, scenario planning, and SWOT exercises to evaluate emerging risks and their impact on security posture.
- Create executive-ready visual artifacts such as risk heat maps, maturity scorecards, and threat timelines to simplify complex data.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and incorporate feedback to validate assumptions and build alignment on security priorities.
- 7 years of experience in information security strategy, cybersecurity program management, or cyber risk within a regulated enterprise environment.
- Proven experience developing multi-year security roadmaps and strategic analysis deliverables aligned to enterprise priorities.
- Strong visualization and communication skills, with experience producing executive-ready materials such as dashboards and strategy decks.
- Ability to collaborate across cybersecurity, risk, compliance, and business stakeholders to synthesize diverse inputs into a coherent strategy.
- Familiarity with information security frameworks and regulatory expectations relevant to financial institutions (e.g., FFIEC resources and cybersecurity guidance).
