Job Title: Hardware Validation Engineer

What's the Job?
- Analyze benchmarks and performance characteristics of next-generation servers and AI accelerators.
- Develop and maintain benchmark workloads, configuration files, build and run scripts.
- Research trade-offs for server architecture, focusing on memory hierarchy, storage systems, scheduling, and I/O devices.
- Collect and interpret data from benchmark results, CPU performance counters, and related performance metrics to identify bottlenecks.
- Evaluate system performance using industry-standard benchmarks such as SPEC CPU, STREAM, HPL, DGEMM, and SPECjbb across multiple platforms.
- Hardware validation experience (network cards, storage, CXL, memory, GPUs/AI accelerators, and especially CPUs), experience with Linux and performance validation.
- Experience with Linux performance analysis tools and methodologies.
- Proven experience executing industry-standard benchmarks or other performance testing workloads.
- Test automation experience to streamline validation processes.
- Strong motivation as an independent contributor with a desire to learn and grow in technology.
- Understanding of computer system architecture and programming/scripting skills (e.g., C/C , Bash, Python).
