Responsibilities
- Board-Level Validation: Validate hardware and silicon on evaluation or product boards.
- Silicon Bring-Up & Debug: Perform board/hardware debugging and reproduce bugs across multiple SoCs/platforms.
- Validation Planning: Execute SoC and system-level validation plans for Power and I/O.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with architecture, IP, firmware, electrical engineering, and product engineering teams to generate validation reports.
- Lab Equipment Proficiency: Use oscilloscopes, BERTs, protocol analyzers, and JTAG debuggers for validation tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or master’s in electrical engineering or related field.
- Experience: 7 years in post-silicon/board validation/testing in the semiconductor domain.
- Hands-on experience with high-speed I/O protocols validation (PCIe, USB, DDR, SerDes).
- Experience working on pre-silicon/post-silicon platforms (FPGA, SoC, ASIC).
- Proficiency in tools & languages:
- Python
- Cadence/Allegro schematic and PCB layout tools
- Logic/protocol analyzers, high-end oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, etc.

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in agile environments with changing roadmaps.
- Effective communication and cross-functional teamwork.
Pay and Benefits
- Pay Range Minimum: $108000/annum
- Pay Range Maximum: $130000/annum

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
