Job Summary:
The Lead Java Engineer with Payments Transformation expertise and experience in SWIFT, FED, and CHIPS will be responsible for leading and architecting technical solutions. This role involves providing technical guidance and leadership to the development team, ensuring high-quality code delivery, and optimizing system performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, MongoDB, and OCP development and architecture.
- Architect and design enterprise-scale solutions across payment domains.
- Payments Transformation expertise with experience in SWIFT, FED, and CHIPS is preferred.
- Lead and drive the technical architecture, design, and development of Java/J2EE applications, RESTful APIs, and Spring Boot projects.
Skill Requirements:
- 10 years of application development experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, MongoDB, and OCP.
- Expertise in designing and developing RESTful APIs.
- Hands-on experience developing applications using the Spring Boot framework.
- Ability to architect and design enterprise-scale solutions across payment domains.
- Payments Transformation expertise with experience in SWIFT, FED, and CHIPS is preferred.
- Proficiency in database technologies such as SQL, MySQL, or Oracle.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and cloud platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities to effectively lead a technical team
Pay and Benefits
Pay Range Minimum: $81,000 per year
Pay Range Maximum: $167,200 per year

Compensation and Benefits
A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the followi14520ng benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
