- Manage diverse financial planning and analysis functions for a large, complex department or business unit.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes to support strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with senior management to evaluate current methods and develop strategies for improvements.
- Oversee resource management, including staffing routines and workforce planning.
- Develop and implement communication and engagement plans for stakeholders and teams.
- 3 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and facilitation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to analyze data, manage stakeholder relationships, and support business strategy alignment.
