Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting
- 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A or similar financial roles
- Strong understanding of GAAP accounting
- Advanced proficiency with SAP or Oracle ERP systems
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex calculations)
- Background in manufacturing or medical devices is highly preferred
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to spot issues and proactively ask questions
- Must be able to start quickly with minimal onboarding
