Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join their team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be part of the Project Management Office supporting strategic initiatives within a highly regulated environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, adaptability, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Location: Charlotte, NC

Pay Range: $50 - $55/hr (Only W2)

What's the Job?

• Lead and manage complex projects within Financial Crimes, AML, and BSA domains, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic project plans and communicate progress effectively.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies through comprehensive RAID logs and proactive management.
• Facilitate executive-level meetings, presenting key insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and achievement of project objectives.
  
  
  

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a regulated industry.
• Proven expertise in change management and program delivery; PMP certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of risk management practices, especially in Financial Crimes, AML, and BSA programs.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives in collaborative environments.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies including process improvement, continuous improvement, and LEAN principles.
