- Lead finance-focused ERP workstreams across design, build, and UAT phases.
- Partner with finance, IT, supply chain, and external SI teams to ensure program alignment and progress.
- Facilitate discussions that translate complex topics into clear, actionable decisions.
- Drive governance, milestones, risks, and action items across a global team.
- Help finance teams understand changes and their impact within the organization.
- 8 years of project or program management experience.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA implementations, ideally in finance.
- Strong understanding of core finance processes such as R2R, costing, inventory, and close.
