Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing and technology sector, is seeking an ERP Project/Program Manager (SAP S/4 HANA) to join their dynamic team. As an ERP Project/Program Manager (SAP S/4 HANA), you will be part of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Lead finance-focused ERP workstreams across design, build, and UAT phases.
• Partner with finance, IT, supply chain, and external SI teams to ensure program alignment and progress.
• Facilitate discussions that translate complex topics into clear, actionable decisions.
• Drive governance, milestones, risks, and action items across a global team.
• Help finance teams understand changes and their impact within the organization.
  
  
  

What's Needed?

• 8 years of project or program management experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA implementations, ideally in finance.
• Strong understanding of core finance processes such as R2R, costing, inventory, and close.
• Comfort working in global, matrixed environments.
