What's the Job?
- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end data solutions for multiple projects.
- Collaborate with business, product, and architecture teams to translate requirements into scalable data architectures.
- Lead offshore support and coordinate efforts across matrixed teams to ensure project success.
- Identify gaps in existing systems, propose technical solutions, and drive continuous improvements.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, best practices, and organizational policies in all deliverables.
- 15 years of experience in Data Warehousing, ETL, and Data Engineering.
- Expertise in Oracle Exadata, SQL, and PL/SQL.
- Hands-on experience with ETL design and large data volume processing.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
- Additional skills such as Unix/Shell scripting, AutoSys, MicroStrategy, Java/Python are a plus.
