What's the Job?
- Provide software and hardware support to end-users in a professional banking environment
- Assist with administration of Virtual/Desktop/Laptop Management and infrastructure applications including VDI, patch management, encryption technologies, and anti-virus solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Reimage, back up, and restore user devices remotely and onsite to ensure optimal performance
- Configure, install, and test hardware components and manage hardware deployment replacements
- 3-5 years of experience providing software/hardware support, with knowledge of server and Cisco technology in a professional setting
- Proficiency with troubleshooting/supporting MS Office suite including MS Teams, Outlook, and Windows OS
- Experience assisting with Virtual/Desktop/Laptop Management and infrastructure applications
- Prior experience working with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Strong customer communication and service skills, with knowledge of two-factor authentication
