Job Title: Compliance Analyst

What's the Job?
- Support strategic GRC initiatives and ongoing business-as-usual activities within a fast-paced financial environment
- Design and execute detailed User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases and scripts based on project requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Compliance, Risk, Technology, and vendor partners to support system implementations and operational readiness
- Perform comprehensive data analysis, validation, and reconciliation across various datasets to ensure regulatory compliance
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions to facilitate data-driven decision-making
- 5–7 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or product management within financial services or banking
- Experience supporting GRC, risk, compliance, or audit programs is highly preferred
- Proficiency with Power BI or similar BI tools for reporting and analytics
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex datasets and reconciliations
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working across multiple teams and priorities
