What's the Job?
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications and user stories.
- Work closely with Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, Technical Teams, and Business Users to ensure system solutions meet business needs.
- Create detailed artifacts such as user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and wireframes to guide development and implementation.
- Analyze current business processes and recommend future state improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Connect business goals with technology solutions, supporting licensing and content management systems.
- At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, with strong documentation skills for complex user stories.
- Proven ability to elicit requirements from stakeholders and end users effectively.
- Experience analyzing business processes and recommending innovative solutions for process improvement.
- Strong understanding of databases, SQL queries, and licensing management systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
