Job Summary
We are seeking a Risk & Compliance Automation Analyst to support risk and compliance processes through workflow automation, data management, and process documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience with Excel, SharePoint, Power Automate, and translating business requirements into practical workflow solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into workflows, business rules, approval processes, and tracking solutions.
- Build and maintain low-code automation solutions using Power Automate, SharePoint, Excel, or similar tools.
- Create and maintain simple risk/compliance scoring models (Low/Medium/High, weighted scoring, prioritization logic).
- Clean, validate, and organize risk, compliance, vendor, and control-related data.
- Perform data quality checks, standardization, and deduplication activities.
- Document workflow logic, automation processes, scoring rules, and assumptions to support audit readiness and process consistency.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel (IF, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis).
- Experience with Power Automate, SharePoint, or other workflow automation tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data validation, cleansing, and reporting.
- Ability to document processes and business logic clearly.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience supporting Risk, Compliance, Governance, or Audit functions.
- Familiarity with process improvement and workflow automation initiatives.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform tools.
