Job Title: Business Execution Consultant

What's the Job?
- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution.
- Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges requiring in-depth evaluation.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex situations by applying understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate strategically with client personnel to gather and refine requirements, support development, and assist with testing.
- Support the Core HCM Workday product team, working closely with stakeholders and supporting UAT testing prior to release.
- 5 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education.
- Hands-on experience supporting Workday HCM in an analyst or lead role.
- Strong experience gathering requirements, configuring solutions, and supporting testing.
- Deep understanding of Workday Business Process Framework.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with executive-level employees and product teams.
