Job Overview:

In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution. You will review and analyze multi-faceted, larger-scale, or longer-term Business Execution challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Additionally, you will contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring a solid understanding of functional policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet deliverables. This role involves strategic collaboration and consultation with client personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Business Execution.
• Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring a solid understanding of policies and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate strategically with business and product stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Assist with development and complete UAT testing prior to release.
• Work closely with executive-level employees and the product team.
  

• 5 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
• 5 years of hands-on experience supporting Workday HCM in an analyst or lead role.
• Strong experience gathering requirements, configuring solutions, and supporting testing.
• Deep understanding of Workday Business Process Framework.
  

• Experience with additional HCM modules (Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time).
• Experience supporting or partnering on Workday integrations.
• Prior Workday certification.
• Experience supporting Workday tenants in large, complex organizations.

Pay Range: $55 - $62

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
