Job Title: Sales Operations Analyst

What's the Job?
- Collaborate with global teams to support onboarding, transfers, and terminations, ensuring smooth system access processes
- Document existing sales support processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Partner with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly
- Assist with additional sales operations tasks as assigned to optimize sales efficiency
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Sales Support or Salesforce.com Administration
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.com Administration or Database Administration
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Enthusiasm for learning new systems and processes
