- Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives within Business Execution.
- Review and analyze Business Execution challenges, providing in-depth evaluations of variable factors.
- Contribute to resolving issues and meet Business Execution deliverables by leveraging understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with client personnel to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
- Support offshore teams, including Shannon support, to facilitate seamless execution of initiatives.
- 4 years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, demonstrated through work, consulting, military experience, or education.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex challenges.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience supporting offshore teams and understanding of global project dynamics.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
