What's the Job?
- Lead requirements gathering activities with business users, product owners, and subject matter experts, including interviews and working sessions
- Elicit, analyze, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements
- Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements that support scalable platform design
- Participate actively in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and reviews
- Collaborate with development teams to clarify requirements, support sprint execution, and assist in UAT planning and validation
- 5 years of experience supporting technology or platform initiatives as a Business Analyst
- Strong experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation
- Proven ability to write high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria
- Hands-on experience working within Agile/Scrum teams using tools such as JIRA and Confluence
- Experience with data mapping, data analysis, and system integration requirements
