- Respond to and resolve business queries for the Market Risk space efficiently and effectively.
- Manage user query mailbox, ensuring timely and appropriate responses to all user inquiries.
- Support feed and batch processing, manage alerts, and monitor system performance.
- Utilize tools such as ITSM, ITRS, JIRA, DynaTrace, and Splunk for updates and reporting.
- Handle incident management by providing timely notifications and managing escalations when necessary.
- Strong SQL knowledge for data querying and analysis.
- Proficiency in UNIX/Linux environments for scripting and system management.
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle and ITIL practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
