We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Mail & Print Services Assistant to support daily operations within the client's shipping center.
This is an entry-level opportunity and is a good fit for someone who is reliable, comfortable working on their feet, and interested in learning mail, shipping, and print-service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Work within the client's shipping and mail center.
- Process outgoing shipments through FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
- Prepare, process, and track outbound packages and mail using a mailing/shipping system.
- Take passport and identification photos.
- Assist with general mailroom and shipping center activities.
- Maintain accurate shipment and tracking information.
- Provide professional and helpful service to employees and customers.
- Follow shipping, handling, and workplace safety procedures.
- Lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Stand and remain active for the majority of the workday.
Qualifications
Required
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills.
- Dependable, hardworking, and self-motivated.
- Willingness to learn new processes and systems.
- Comfortable standing for most of the workday.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
