Job Description: As a Detail-Oriented Customer Service Representative at Expand International, you will play a pivotal role in managing customer interactions, order entry, project management and ensure the highest level of service in a fast-paced and organized manner. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers via phone, email, chat, exuding energy and enthusiasm, while providing detailed and accurate information and assistance. Build relationships that create opportunities for additional product recommendations.
- Order Entry & Enhancement: Efficiently and accurately enter customer orders into the system, identifying opportunities to suggest complementary products or services that meet customer needs.
- Consultative Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer concerns while uncovering business challenges where our additional solutions could provide value.
- Product/Service Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate value propositions and benefits to customers.
- Needs Analysis: Proactively engage customers in discussions about their business requirements to identify potential needs our solutions can address.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and industry regulations, leaving no detail overlooked, even in a high-speed environment.
- Freight Estimates and Determination: supply freight estimates and help determine best method of shipping to meet customer in hands date.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in [related field] is a plus.
- Proven customer service experience with a strong focus on detail and efficiency.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering error-free work.
- High energy, enthusiasm, and adaptability to work in a fast-paced setting.
