Over see associates
Excellent writing skills a must, with well-developed skills for performing legal research, analyzing complex legal issues, preparing legal memoranda and assisting with drafting of pleadings, briefs, affidavits and other legal filings as well as discovery demands.
Candidate will be expected to maintain client relationships and must have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Prior appearances at court conferences and hearings.
Requirements
Significant NY Supreme Court Experience
Construction Law
Contract Negotiations
Job Requirements
10-15 Years of Experience in construction.
Litigation experience is a must
In office position 5 days a week.
Able to handle cases from start to finish with little oversight.
Book of Business with 20% commission
Salary $300,000-$350,000
