A leading global IP litigation practice is seeking a senior-level Patent Litigation Associate to join its New York office. This role offers the chance to work on sophisticated disputes involving advanced technologies across electronics, computer science, hardware systems, and engineering-based innovations. Key Responsibilities
• Represent clients in patent litigation matters before district courts, ITC, and PTAB.
• Participate in drafting pleadings, dispositive motions, expert reports, and discovery responses.
• Develop litigation strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys and partners.
• Counsel clients regarding IP risk, enforcement strategies, and dispute resolution.
• Support trial preparation, including witness coordination and evidence development.

Qualifications
• 3–6 years of experience in patent litigation.
• Admission to the NY Bar or DC Bar required.
• Experience representing both patent holders and accused infringers is preferred.
