This role focuses on trademark and copyright litigation, including proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) and federal courts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of trademark and copyright litigation matters from inception through resolution

• Represent clients before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) and in federal courts

• Advise clients on brand protection, enforcement, and risk mitigation strategies

• Support litigation and enforcement strategies across administrative and judicial forums

• Conduct legal research, draft motions, pleadings, and briefs

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients on complex intellectual property disputes

• Develop case strategies and provide practical legal solutions

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience as an IP Litigation Associate Attorney or Trademark Litigation Attorney

• Experience handling trademark and copyright litigation matters, including TTAB proceedings

• New York Bar required or eligibility to sit/waive into the next bar exam

• Strong academic credentials

• Excellent legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills

• Ability to manage complex litigation matters independently

• Strong communication and client-facing skills
