Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all day-to-day restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house performance
- Lead, train, coach, and develop staff
- Ensure outstanding guest service and promptly resolve customer concerns
- Manage labor, food, and operating costs to meet financial goals
- Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, safety, and hospitality
- Create staff schedules and ensure proper staffing levels during all shifts
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
- Drive sales growth through local marketing initiatives and community engagement
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, health regulations, and licensing requirements
- Analyze financial reports, P&L statements, and operational metrics to improve performance
Qualifications
- 3 years of restaurant management experience in a full-service dining environment
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and manage operations
- Strong knowledge of restaurant financials, labor management, and cost controls
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with POS systems and restaurant management software
- Food safety certification preferred
