We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving sales and products by educating and consulting with customers on their architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets for structure products.
- Customer Education: Educate architects, contractors, and developers on the benefits and technical specifications.
- Consultative Selling: Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their project needs and recommending suitable products.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the architectural and construction industries.
- Product Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market developments related to products and systems to effectively position as a leader in the market.
Job Requirement:
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within the architectural or construction industry.
- Cladding, rainscreen, curtain wall, and building envelope experience is desired. Someone who comes from the construction industry with a willingness to learn, will also be successful in this role.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and articulate complex product specifications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for exceeding sales goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
