What You Get To Do
- Inspect PCB assemblies at the component level using microscopes and AOI machines
- Identify defects per IPC-A-610 and communicate findings with operators and management
- Maintain inspection and rework records, ensuring proper assembly routing
- Perform through-hole and SMD touch-ups as needed
- Participate in team efforts to continuously improve quality and efficiency
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 3 years of experience in electronics manufacturing
- Familiarity with IPC 610 standards and ESD safety practices
- Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Email, Internet)
- Manual dexterity and ability to identify components and orientations using assembly documentation
- Team player mindset with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
