QA Inspector

Job Title: Quality Assurance Inspector – Electronics/PCB/IPC 610

Location: Suwanee, GA

Pay: $22-$25/hr

Schedule: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM, Monday through Friday (weekend/overtime may be required)

Our client is a leading electronics manufacturing company specializing in high-quality printed circuit board assemblies. They pride themselves on precision, industry compliance, and a collaborative team environment that drives innovation in electronics production.

They are looking for you, an experienced Quality Assurance Inspector, who can perform detailed inspections, identify defects, and help ensure assemblies meet IPC standards. This is a direct hire opportunity.

What You Get To Do

• Inspect PCB assemblies at the component level using microscopes and AOI machines
• Identify defects per IPC-A-610 and communicate findings with operators and management
• Maintain inspection and rework records, ensuring proper assembly routing
• Perform through-hole and SMD touch-ups as needed
• Participate in team efforts to continuously improve quality and efficiency
  
  

What You Need To Succeed

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 3 years of experience in electronics manufacturing
• Familiarity with IPC 610 standards and ESD safety practices
• Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Email, Internet)
• Manual dexterity and ability to identify components and orientations using assembly documentation
• Team player mindset with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
