ExecuSource’s Graduate Sales Accelerator Program is designed for recent graduates ready to launch a career in business development, professional services sales, staffing, or executive search.
This is a high-visibility internship-to-hire opportunity created to identify and develop our next generation of top-performing Account Executives.
Participants will work as Business Development Representatives in training, building pipeline, scheduling client meetings, and learning directly from some of the strongest sales talent in the Atlanta market.
Top performers will have the opportunity to convert into a full-time BDR, Account Executive, or Executive Recruiter role.
