Pay: $115,000–$130,000 (based on experience)

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive compliance, build a strong safety culture, and support uninterrupted operations.

What You Get To Do
- Lead and improve site-wide EHS programs, policies, and compliance initiatives
- Drive OSHA/EPA compliance and manage environmental programs (air, waste, water)
- Conduct risk assessments (LOTO, machine guarding, ergonomics, etc.)
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions
- Own safety metrics (TRIR, DART) and OSHA reporting
- Oversee contractors for facilities, utilities, and building maintenance
- Manage service vendors (HVAC, fire systems, waste, janitorial, etc.)
- Lead safety training, audits, and employee engagement initiatives
- Supervise EHS/Facilities Coordinator and report to plant leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4 years of EHS experience in manufacturing (plastics or automotive preferred)
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and regulatory compliance
- Experience with hazardous waste, air permits, and wastewater systems
- Hands-on experience with facilities or maintenance projects (HVAC, electrical, etc.)
- Proven ability to reduce workplace incidents and drive safety performance
- Certifications (CSP, CIH, CHMM) and ISO experience are a plus
