What You Get To Do
- Lead daily warehouse and distribution operations including shipping, receiving, inventory, logistics, and quality
- Drive operational efficiencies, labor optimization, and workflow improvements
- Manage and develop warehouse personnel and team leads
- Monitor KPIs including inventory accuracy, productivity, fulfillment, and labor performance
- Create accountability and structure within the operation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership and supply chain teams
- Support a safe, organized, and customer-focused warehouse environment
- Utilize WMS and ERP systems to monitor operational performance and inventory integrity
- 5 years of warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing leadership experience
- Experience managing teams within a fast-paced operational environment
- Strong understanding of inventory control, warehouse workflows, and operational processes
- Experience utilizing WMS and ERP systems
- Hands-on leadership style with strong communication and employee development skills
- Ability to drive accountability, improve processes, and lead operational change
- Experience in distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or high-volume operations environments preferred
