- Assemble products using work instructions, wiring diagrams, and quality documents
- Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications
- Follow detailed instructions to ensure accuracy and quality
- Safely operate equipment and tools to complete assigned tasks
- Work across multiple departments as needed
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and production standards
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1–2 years of electrical and/or mechanical assembly experience (not assembly line or machine operation)
- Ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints preferred
- Experience using hand tools and material handling equipment
- Ability to obtain forklift certification; prior forklift experience is a plus
- Basic computer and math skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Team-oriented mindset with strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license required
