- Answer inbound customer calls and e-mails to resolve issues, discuss delivery timeframes and gather info to validate business status and credit limits
- Participate in learning a vast company product catalog
- Data entry and documentation of customer communication
- Work cross functionally with Sales, Accounting and Logistics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great customer service skills
