Position: Weekend Receptionist (12-Hour Shift)

Location: Charlotte, FL

Shift: Part-Time, Weekends (12-Hour Shift)

Salary: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Position Overview

Charlotte Bay Rehab and Care Center is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Weekend Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our facility, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for visitors, residents, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and assist visitors, residents, and team members.
• Manage a multi-line telephone system and accurately relay messages.
• Monitor and document all individuals entering and exiting the facility, including visitors, employees, and vendors.
• Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries promptly and efficiently.
• Support administrative staff with additional duties as needed.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Minimum of one (1) year of clerical or receptionist experience, or completion of a secretarial science program from an accredited school or college.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor.
• Strong customer service and teamwork orientation.
• Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a busy environment.
