Key Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in overseeing daily nursing operations
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards, policies, and procedures
- Supervise nursing staff to maintain high-quality care and accountability
- Conduct routine rounds to monitor resident care, staff performance, and overall professionalism
- Participate in surveys, audits, and inspections as needed
- Serve as a clinical leader and resource for weekend staff
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Jersey
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in long-term care
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong leadership, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
