Key Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in overseeing nursing operations and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Ensure nursing staff follow job responsibilities, policies, and standards of care
- Participate in facility surveys, audits, and inspections as requested
- Conduct routine rounds to monitor resident care, staff performance, and professionalism
- Serve as a clinical resource and leader for weekend overnight staff
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Jersey
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing experience in Long-Term Care; supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
