Position: RN Weekend Supervisor
Facility: Alliance Care Rehabilitation and Nursing Center
Location: Irvington, New Jersey
Schedule: Part-Time | Weekends | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Pay Rate: $50 per hour
Alliance Care Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Weekend Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and oversight during the overnight weekend shift. This role is ideal for a Registered Nurse who is confident, organized, and passionate about maintaining high standards of resident care in a long-term care setting.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in overseeing nursing operations and ensuring regulatory compliance
Ensure nursing staff follow job responsibilities, policies, and standards of care
Participate in facility surveys, audits, and inspections as requested
Conduct routine rounds to monitor resident care, staff performance, and professionalism
Serve as a clinical resource and leader for weekend overnight staff
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Jersey
Minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing experience in Long-Term Care; supervisory experience preferred
Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
