Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate nursing department operations during the evening shift.
- Provide clinical leadership and support to nursing staff.
- Ensure high-quality resident care and adherence to individualized care plans.
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching, guidance, and mentorship.
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations.
- Complete and review clinical documentation for accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary team members, residents, and families to promote positive outcomes.
- Respond to clinical concerns and emergencies as needed.
- Participate in staff development, education, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Active Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
