Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and oversee routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, machinery, and facility structures
- Conduct regular inspections to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve maintenance issues
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests across departments, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions and implement effective solutions
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed to support repairs and maintenance
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Supervise maintenance operations and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and thoroughly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas upon completion of tasks
- Previous experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a healthcare or facility setting
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to complete tasks from start to finish
