Facility: West Volusia Healthcare & Rehabilitation

Location: Deltona, FL

Shift: Full-Time, All Shifts

Salary: Up to $19.50/hr shift differentials

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on care for residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility support.
• Monitor resident health by tracking vitals, weight, and input/output.
• Communicate changes in resident condition to the nursing team promptly.
• Assist nurses and medical staff with procedures and treatments as needed.
• Ensure resident rooms and common areas are clean, safe, and comfortable.
• Offer companionship, emotional support, and social interaction.
• Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests.
• Accurately document care provided and report concerns or changes.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Valid Florida CNA license.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care or similar setting.
• Patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and professionalism.
