Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on care for residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility support.
- Monitor resident health by tracking vitals, weight, and input/output.
- Communicate changes in resident condition to the nursing team promptly.
- Assist nurses and medical staff with procedures and treatments as needed.
- Ensure resident rooms and common areas are clean, safe, and comfortable.
- Offer companionship, emotional support, and social interaction.
- Follow infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
- Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests.
- Accurately document care provided and report concerns or changes.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Valid Florida CNA license.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in long-term care or similar setting.
- Patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and professionalism.
