What You’ll Do

We are seeking a Project Architect to join our Commercial Studio. This studio is really a “catch-all” group supporting a diverse portfolio that includes commercial, retail, municipal, K-12, industrial, and athletic projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to take ownership of both public and private projects from concept through construction. As the studio continues to grow and evolve, there is a clear path for advancement into Project Management or other leadership roles, along with the ability to directly influence the team’s direction and success.

• Lead architectural design and documentation across a wide range of project types
• Serve as a primary technical resource for project teams
• Coordinate with internal disciplines (structural, civil, MEP, etc) and external consultants
• Oversee production of construction documents and ensure quality/control standards
• Support project managers in scheduling, budgeting, and client communication
• Participate in client meetings and help maintain strong relationships
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Typically, at least 5–10 years of professional experience in architecture
• Licensed Architect (or actively pursuing licensure) preferred, but not required
• Strong experience with construction documents and technical detailing
• Proficiency in Revit is required
• Experience across multiple project types (public and private) strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of building codes and permitting processes
  
  

What We Offer

We are targeting a base salary of $80.000 to $105,000, but is determined by several factors including education, experience, and a history of working in the Denver metro area.
