What You’ll Do

This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of projects with a strong emphasis on residential/commercial projects across the Colorado Springs region and beyond. You will play a key role in design, analysis, coordination, and project leadership.

• Perform structural design and analysis, including both wood and steel-framed buildings and related systems
• Develop construction documents, calculations, and specifications
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to deliver coordinated solutions
• Utilize Revit to produce and manage structural models and drawings
• Participate in project meetings and support client communication
• Assist with site observations and construction administration as needed
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Typically, 3 years of relevant structural engineering experience
• Demonstrated experience designing steel frame structures
• Proficiency in Revit (required)
• EIT required; PE/SE track preferred
  
  

What We Offer

We are targeting a base salary of $75,000 to $95,000, but is determined by several factors including education, experience, and a history of working in the Denver metro area.
