What You’ll Do
- Draft, design, and produce construction documents for production residential communities, including single-family and attached housing
- Work closely with Project Managers and senior designers to maintain builder standards, plan consistency, and jurisdictional compliance within the Boise market
- Support ongoing updates to plan sets, including options, elevations, and lot-specific adjustments
- Apply redlines and maintain accuracy across multiple plan iterations in Revit
- Assist in adapting standard plans to meet local codes, site conditions, and builder requirements
- Contribute to efficient, repeatable documentation processes that support high-volume production
- Typically, 1 years of drafting/designing experience, preferably in residential or production homebuilding
- Proficiency in Revit is required
- Familiarity with construction documents for wood-framed residential projects
- Understanding of production housing workflows (plan reuse, options, and variations)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple plan updates simultaneously
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow within a fast-paced, team-driven environment
