We are seeking a Project Architect who thrives at the intersection of design excellence and technical leadership — someone who takes ownership, values precision, and enjoys collaborating within a highly creative studio environment.

This role is ideal for an architect who wants meaningful project responsibility, close client engagement, and the opportunity to shape exceptional custom homes from concept through completion.

What You’ll Do

You will lead high-end residential projects through all phases of design and construction, serving as the key link between creative vision and built reality.

Responsibilities

• Lead custom residential projects from schematic design through construction administration
• Translate client goals into thoughtful, sophisticated architectural solutions
• Develop detailed drawing sets and construction documents with a high level of technical precision
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and interior designers to ensure seamless project integration
• Navigate permitting and jurisdictional approvals across multiple municipalities
• Conduct site visits and collaborate closely with builders to maintain design integrity throughout construction
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining exceptional quality standards
• Contribute to a studio culture centered on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Stay informed on emerging residential design trends, materials, and construction methodologies
  
  

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

• Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)
• 5 years of experience in high-end residential architecture
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both design sensibility and technical execution
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
• Deep understanding of residential construction systems, detailing, and building codes
• Experience coordinating MEP consultants and resolving technical conflicts within drawing sets
• Proven experience managing permitting and entitlement processes through approval
• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills
• Self-directed, collaborative, and highly detail-oriented mindset
