Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborates on project design, prepares presentations, and executes design documentation
- Has a passion for finding creative solutions which align with our client’s goals
- Leads and learns from others at all levels of experience and within various roles
- Leads team, consultant, and owner meetings
- Supports the Project Manager in planning project milestones and goals
- Collaborates and leads project team to find best design and detail solutions
- Seeks to achieve superior quality of project design and documentation
- Actively mentors junior staff
- NAAB-accredited degree in Architecture
- 7-12 years of professional experience (licensed professionals preferred)
- Passion for sustainable design solutions (sustainable certification(s) programs and software experience preferred)
- Independent & resourceful approach to providing creative design direction and team leadership
- Strong design and graphic skills
- Hand-drawing and sketching skills preferred
- Sound working knowledge of building codes, zoning, and DRB materials
- Adept at implementing relevant and sound building science, technology, and constructability, from concept into quality construction documents
- Proficient in developing high-quality visualizations, such as renderings and animations
- Proficient in Revit, SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere, and After Effects), Excel, Smartsheet or similar Project Management software
