Our office is located at the foot of Sloan’s Lake and is central to the Denver area. ArcWest is a diverse 6–10 person firm led by two Architect Partners. ArcWest seeks individuals with 3 to 6 years’ experience in a design firm and either a registered architect or well on the path to registration. A broad background in design and business software is favored. A broad working knowledge of Revit and associated rendering programs a must.
The position sought is one of responsible full time Architect / Project Architect who will be expected to work directly with clients under the direction of a Partner Architect to ascertain the project goals and develop architectural solutions to meet their needs. This individual is expected to take a project from inception to completion.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing complex tasks on multiple medium size projects.
- Plans, organizes, and directs the work throughout the life of the project to successfully deliver the project to the client.
- Keeps the Principal in Charge informed of progress on project expectations, deadlines, and deliverables and understands the limits of the decision-making responsibilities of the role.
- Leads the client and project team to assure that the project design meets the client budget, schedule, program, and design intent.
- Mentors associates and motivates project teams.
- Leads project coordination and owner/site meetings with internal team members and/or external consultants, owner and contractor and subcontractors.
