We’re looking for a skilled Quality Control Inspector (PCB/PCBA) to support production on a second shift, working closely with engineers, managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge hardware.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out quality control processes across incoming materials, manufacturing, and customer requirements
- Inspecting PCB/PCBA assemblies, EEE components, and cable assemblies
- Using precision tools (calipers, height gauges, thread gauges, VMMs)
- Documenting inspections through digital systems and logs
- Supporting improvements in inspection methods, procedures, and quality systems
- Assisting with non-conformance resolution (root cause, corrective actions, 8D)
- Contributing to audits, metrics reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Managing non-conforming materials (MRB) and ensuring smooth day-to-day QC operations
✅ What You’ll Need
- High School Diploma (Associate degree in a technical field preferred)
- 5 years relevant experience, including 2 years in PCB/PCBA inspection
- Experience with AS9100 or ISO9001 quality systems
- Strong microscopic inspection experience
- IPC-A-610 / J-STD-001 certification
- Familiarity with ERP and PLM systems
- Ability to read engineering drawings, CAD files, and technical instructions
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- A collaborative, team-oriented mindset
