Key Responsibilities
The UX Designer will shape end-to-end experiences for web and platform products used by customers to manage complex workflows, data, and integrations. The role spans discovery, interaction design, prototyping, usability testing, and production handoff, with a strong focus on making technical products clear and efficient for real users.
The designer will partner with product managers, engineers, UX researchers, and content designers to turn ambiguous problems into tested product experiences. Success means creating interfaces that are accessible, visually coherent, measurable through product analytics, and practical to build within a modern design system.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate customer needs, product requirements, and research findings into user flows, information architecture, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma
- Prototype complex workflows and interaction patterns using Figma, FigJam, and comparable tools, then validate concepts through usability testing and feedback sessions
- Collaborate with UX researchers to plan interviews, usability studies, and synthesis activities that inform design decisions
- Create and maintain reusable components, interaction patterns, and documentation within a shared design system
- Partner with product managers and engineers throughout delivery, providing detailed specifications, responsive states, accessibility guidance, and implementation support
- Use product analytics, session insights, and qualitative feedback to identify friction, evaluate shipped experiences, and prioritize iterative improvements
- Present design rationale and tradeoffs clearly in critiques, product reviews, and stakeholder discussions while advocating for user needs
- 3–6 years of professional experience in UX, product design, interaction design, or a closely related discipline, with a portfolio showing shipped digital products
- Advanced proficiency with Figma, including component libraries, auto layout, prototyping, design tokens, and developer-ready specifications
- Experience designing responsive web applications or SaaS products with complex workflows, permissions, data tables, dashboards, or integrations
- Strong understanding of user-centered design methods, information architecture, interaction design, usability testing, and qualitative research synthesis
- Working knowledge of accessibility standards, including WCAG, keyboard navigation, semantic structure, color contrast, and inclusive interaction patterns
- Ability to collaborate effectively with product and engineering teams in Agile or iterative development environments; familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and product analytics platforms
- Bonus: Experience with design systems, enterprise software, B2B products, service design, HTML/CSS, or quantitative product analytics; degree in interaction design, human-computer interaction, psychology, or a related field is helpful but not required
