You will combine technical SEO, content strategy, and SEM execution with rigorous measurement in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and advertising platforms. The role partners with content, product marketing, web, and revenue teams to turn search insights into measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies covering technical health, site architecture, keyword targeting, internal linking, and content optimization
- Manage paid search campaigns in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, including account structure, bidding, budgets, ad copy, and landing-page alignment
- Audit websites with tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Semrush, and Google Search Console; prioritize and track technical fixes
- Build keyword research, competitor analysis, and search-intent frameworks that guide content briefs and campaign planning
- Monitor rankings, organic sessions, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, return on ad spend, and pipeline contribution through GA4 and reporting dashboards
- Run SEO and SEM experiments across metadata, landing pages, ad creative, and audience targeting to improve qualified conversion
- Partner with content, engineering, design, and sales teams to ship search initiatives and communicate performance recommendations
- 3-6 years of hands-on SEO and SEM experience, ideally in a technology, SaaS, agency, or performance marketing environment
- Demonstrated success improving organic visibility, qualified traffic, paid search efficiency, and conversion performance
- Advanced working knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, GA4, Google Search Console, and keyword or competitive research platforms
- Practical understanding of technical SEO, including crawlability, indexation, redirects, canonicalization, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and site migrations
- Experience building dashboards and performance reports using Looker Studio, spreadsheets, or comparable analytics tools
- Strong analytical, written, and project-management skills with the ability to translate search data into clear priorities
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, analytics, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also considered. Bonus: experience with SQL, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot or Salesforce attribution, international SEO, and B2B SaaS demand generation
