You will collaborate closely with product managers, UX researchers, and software engineers to shape product direction and build polished interfaces used by millions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to uncover actionable insights that inform product strategy and interface design
- Create low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma for cross-platform applications
- Establish, scale, and maintain a comprehensive design system, ensuring consistent patterns and accessible UI components
- Partner with front-end engineers to ensure faithful implementation of design specs, accessibility standards, and micro-interactions
- Facilitate design sprints and stakeholder workshops to align product vision with user needs and business metrics
- 3–6 years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or interaction design within a tech-driven environment
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex problem-solving and visual polish
- Solid understanding of WCAG accessibility guidelines, responsive design principles, and modern front-end technologies (HTML/CSS)
- Experience translating quantitative data and qualitative research into iterative design improvements
- Bonus: Experience designing for enterprise SaaS platforms or designing AI-driven conversational interfaces
