The role partners closely with content, design, and growth teams to plan, execute, and measure multi-channel social campaigns across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organic and paid social media strategy across global channels to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Manage the social content calendar, writing compelling copy and collaborating with design teams to produce high-performing visual and video assets
- Monitor social channels, engage with the community, and manage social listening tools to surface trends and audience sentiment
- Analyze social performance metrics, build regular reporting dashboards, and run experiments to optimize reach, engagement, and conversion
- Partner with product marketing, content, and demand-gen teams to amplify major launches, campaigns, and events
- Manage social media management tools (Sprout Social, Hootsuite) and paid ad managers (LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager)
- 3-5 years of professional social media management experience in a high-growth B2B or B2C technology company
- Demonstrated portfolio of successful social campaigns, viral content, or community growth metrics
- Deep familiarity with social analytics platforms, tracking links, UTM parameters, and ROI attribution
- Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to adapt brand voice across different social networks
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- Bonus: Experience with short-form video creation (TikTok, Reels) and basic graphic design tools like Figma or Canva
