The Revenue Operations Analyst owns the systems, data architecture, and processes that drive the go-to-market engine. This role sits at the intersection of sales, marketing, and finance, ensuring that data flows seamlessly across the customer lifecycle and that leadership has the reporting needed to make strategic decisions.
The candidate will act as the administrator and architect of key revenue tools, translating business requirements into scalable technical workflows. This is a critical position responsible for eliminating operational friction and maximizing revenue efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize the Salesforce CRM instance, including custom objects, validation rules, flows, and third-party integrations
- Design and maintain the go-to-market tech stack, integrating tools like Marketo, HubSpot, Outreach, and Gong with core database systems
- Build and maintain automated dashboards and reports in Tableau or Looker to track key metrics like pipeline velocity, customer acquisition cost, and net revenue retention
- Analyze pipeline health and sales team performance data, proactively surfacing bottlenecks and forecasting risks to revenue leadership
- Lead data hygiene initiatives, establishing automated validation processes to ensure accurate customer and lead attribution records
- Document system architectures, operational workflows, and data dictionaries to maintain a single source of truth for commercial teams
- 3-5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business systems analysis within a high-growth SaaS environment
- Advanced proficiency with Salesforce (Sales Cloud) administration, holding admin certifications or demonstrating equivalent architectural experience
- Hands-on experience writing SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze datasets from data warehouses like Snowflake or BigQuery
- Proven track record of building automated reports and dashboards within modern BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
- Strong understanding of B2B lead-to-revenue processes, attribution models, and pipeline management methodologies
- Bonus: Experience with dbt, Python, or managing complex renewals/quoting automation tools (CPQ)
